Course Description: This private 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is designed in association with British great Tony Jacklin. Spanning 520 acres, the course opened in January 2006. The course is designed with tee placements that will be a challenge to the low-handicaper while creating an enjoyable golfing experience for players at each level.

Community Description: The Concession Golf Club & Residences is a private club and gated community. Pristine woodlands and waterways provide the backdrop for the GulfCoast’s only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course designed in association with Tony Jacklin. The Lindrick neighborhood features 1 to 1½-acre homesites overlooking oaks preserves and lakes, priced from the $1 millions. The Nicklaus Manor neighborhood is an enclave of 33 homes, each set on a half-acre site. Purchase of the residence includes a Signature Membership to the club. Home packages are priced from the mid $2 millions.
